How to Use RIM Remote Access
Getting Started

Download & Install RIM – Download the official installer from Get RIM, developed by Pneuma Solutions. Alternatively, Windows users may receive a custom installer provided by our support team.

Launch RIM – Open the app and ensure your internet connection is stable.

Enter Your Unique Keyword – Provided during your booking process to establish a secure session.

Connect with Your Support Technician – Once authenticated, your technician will assist remotely.

Unattended Access Setup (Advanced Feature)

Request Unattended Access During Booking – Users must request this option through the purchase form in their client portal.

Technician Enables Unattended Access – This setting is controlled by the support technician, not the user.

Technician Can Now Connect Anytime – Ideal for ongoing projects and extended troubleshooting.
Mac Installation Notes

Mac users must install and configure RIM manually before support can be provided.
